1 Pound of spaghetti
1 Pound of barbecued meat
1 Cup of Your favorite Barbecue sauce
1 Cup of your favorite Spaghetti sauce
Shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spaghetti according the directions on the back of the box. After you strain out the pasta, dump the water and return the spaghetti to the pot, set it to the side. In a saucepan, combine the 2 sauces and the meat and bring it to a low boil, stir the sauce constantly. Pour the warmed sauces over the spaghetti and serve it up.

This recipe and the next arenít chili recipes, but they really didnít fit into any other category. Nevertheless, they are both very unorthodox and very delicious.

These two recipes are perfect for the next day. Because leftover barbecued meat can be used in both recipes. If you have some pork and some brisket, but not enough to feed the whole family, these recipes will save the day.

My Italian grandmothers would have flipped their wigs (only one grandmother wore a wig) if I ever served these recipes to them, but the times they are a changiní
