1 boxes of unbroken lasagna noodles
1 1/2 lbs. of hot Italian sausage
1/2 lb. pound of ground beef
1/2 of a Lg. carton small curd cottage cheese
6 eggs
6 cups of mozzarella cheese

Sauce (make a day ahead of time and refrigerate)
1 1/2 large cans of tomato sauce
1 medium cans of tomato paste
1/2 onion
oregano italian seasoning
crushed red peppers
cayenne pepper
pinch of sugar

Directions:
Prepare lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. While that is cooking mix the cottage cheese, eggs and mozzarella cheese together set aside.

In large skillet brown sausage and ground beef.

Lightly oil bottom of lasagna pan and alternate layers of noodles, sauce, meat and cheese mixtures. Leave enough sauce to cover the top layer of noodles.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until the middle is completely cooked through.
