Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 c cracker crumbs
1/4 c catsup
1/4 tsp pepper
Sauce:
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1 can (131/4oz) pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 c vinegar
6 tbsp catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare meatballs and set aside and brown in large skillet and set aside. Mix cornstarch and sugar in large skillet. Stir in pineapple with syrup, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Add cooked meatballs; cover and simmer 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve with hot rice.
