1 c butter
3 egg yolks
2/3 c sugar
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Fit steel knife blade into the food processor. Process all ingredients until mixed well and dough is smooth. Press dough through a cookie press onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden around edges but not browned.
