4 medium potatoes, cut in 8 wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Toss potato wedges with oil, salt and pepper. Line pan with parchment paper or bake on non-stick pan. Roast in 450 oven, uncovered 20 - 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
