1 stick butter
1 pound new red potatoes, boiled and halved
˝ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large sauté pan. Add cooked potatoes and toss to coat with butter. Let cook 5 minutes. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper. 4 servings.
