2 packages frozen broccoli or fresh
pound Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter, divided
- 1/2 pound Ritz crackers (1 - 2 sleeves)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and drain. Add stick butter and the cheese. Stir and put into a buttered 2- quart casserole. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with remaining melted stick butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 20 - 30 minutes at 350.
