1 medium head cabbage
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
cup milk
2 rounds Ritz crackers crumbled (about 2 cups)
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage into small pieces and cook slowly for 15 - 20 minutes in salt water. Drain well! Add soup and cheese; mix together. Add milk. Place into buttered 9X13-inch dish. Put Ritz cracker crumbs on top of casserole and dot generously with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
