1 onion
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cups evaporated milk
1 soup can water
1 - 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
3 tablespoons parsley
1 pound crab meat (Phillips brand, black fin or clump claw)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter until tender. Sprinkle flour over onion and butter. Mix until smooth as a roux. Add to soup, milk and seasonings. Add 1 pound of crab meat. Stir constantly. Cook on medium-low heat for 25 minutes. Stir often and watch so it does not stick or burn.
