6 - 8 chicken breast halves
1 packet Good Seasonings mix
2 cups chicken stock, strained
1 can tomatoes, diced
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 cans beans, either chili, kidney, pintos or white Northern, do not need to drain
1 can corn, drained
1 package dry ranch dressing
1 package dry taco mix
Grated cheese
Sour cream
Doritos, plain

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in crock pot. Add about 2 cups water. May add packet of Good Seasonings mix to the crock pot. Cook all day or overnight, about 6 - 8 hours. When chicken is done drain in a colander. Reserve 2 cups of the broth; strain. Cool chicken and tear in pieces. Add remaining ingredients. May need to thin with reserved chicken broth. Simmer for about 1 hour or you may add ingredients back in the crock pot and slow cook for 4 - 6 hours. Serve with grated cheese and sour cream on top and plain Doritos.
