8 - 10 potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8-ounce cream cheese
Salt
Toppings: pepper, cheddar cheese, green onions and bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until done. Mash to a lumpy consistency to your own taste. Add mushroom soup and cream cheese. Stir until dissolved. May add milk if too thick. Simmer.
