Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits according to directions. Add butter. When served spoon into small bowl and sprinkle the top of the grits with pieces of bacon (these are the camels)

This is another dish that my husband had when he was a little boy. The bacon represents the camels and the grits of course are the desert.
