1 red onion, chopped
cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 cups vegetable oil
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion, vinegar, mustard and salt in blender. Blend on high speed until mixture becomes liquid. Add sugar and oil while blender is slowly running. Hand stir until well blended. Add poppy seeds and hand stir.
This makes a large amount of dressing. Adjust amounts to suit your needs.
