1 head cabbage, shredded or coarsely chopped, bok choy or napa
2 packages chicken Ramen noodles, dry, crushed (discard seasoning or save for another recipe)
cup sesame seeds
8 - 10 green onions, chopped
cup slivered or sliced almonds
1 tablespoon butter
Optional: 2 - 3 cups grilled chicken or pork, cubed

Dressing:
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
cup salad oil
2/3 cup rice vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Toast almonds in 400 oven for 3-? minutes. Watch carefully, they will burn easily. Brown sesame seeds in butter; add almonds to coat with butter. Mix together.

Dressing:
Mix ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours. Toss with slaw ingredients 1 hour before serving. May not need all of the dressing.
