1 12-ounce box macaroni, cooked and drained
Cucumber, chopped
Green pepper, chopped
Red pepper, chopped
Onion, chopped
3 - 4 stalks celery, chopped
1 small jar pimentos, chopped and drained
3-ounces cheddar cheese, cut into cubes

cup sugar
cup of white vinegar
cup oil
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Accent
1 teaspoon pepper

Mix above ingredients for salad.

Mix together all ingredients and pour over salad. May not need all of the recipe. Best if refrigerated overnight.
