head lettuce, torn in pieces
cup green pepper, chopped
cup celery, diced
1 can peas, drained
1 tablespoon sugar or Splenda
1 cup mayonnaise
9 pieces of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled or bacon bits
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, place in layers: lettuce, onions, celery and peas. Sprinkle sugar over top. Completely cover with mayonnaise. Add Parmesan cheese to cover. Sprinkle with bacon. Should be made the night before and refrigerated.
