2 cups corn, fresh or frozen yellow
3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 medium green pepper, diced
cup red onion, chopped
cup celery, sliced
1 2-ounce can ripe olives, sliced
1 6-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
cup reduced fat Italian salad dressing
5 fresh basil leaves, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried basil
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon dried oregano
teaspoon lemon pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine first 7 ingredients. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add to corn mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours.
