2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Parmesan cheese and next 6 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour over torn Romaine lettuce in a large bowl, toss well. Top with croutons, page 64.
