12 frozen biscuits, cut in half or fourth 2 cups cooked dried apples, sweetened to taste Confectioners' sugar
Roll out ½ or 1/4 biscuit to a circle. Add about 1/2 to1 tablespoon cooked apples. Fold over dough to a circle and crimp edges with fork. Fry in Crisco or canola oil until brown. Shake confectioners' sugar on top. Makes 24 to 48 pies.
