3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
teaspoon baking powder
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cup pecan pieces
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Fold in Ritz crackers and pecans. Pour into buttered pie pan. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Chill. Serve with whipped cream on top.
