3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo light corn syrup
1 cup oats
¾ stick butter, melted
¾ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¾ tablespoons lemon juice
1 unbaked pie shell
¼ cup pecans, chopped, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. May heat in double boiler until hot. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top, if desired. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
