2 eggs
1 cup sugar
cup butter, melted
1/8 - 1/4 cup bourbon, optional
cup cornstarch
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup chocolate chips
1 unbaked pie crust
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar; stir in butter, bourbon, then cornstarch. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of crust, then top with chocolate chips. Pour egg mixture over top and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until crust is brown and pie filling is done. Serve warm with whipped cream.
Serves 8.
