Crust: (may use regular pie crust)
1 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
cup sugar
cup butter, softened

Filling:
1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Topping I:
6 caramel candies, unwrapped
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk

Topping II:
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons milk
cup pecans, chopped

Crust:
May use regular pie crust or in a medium bowl mix cookie crumbs and sugar. Stir in softened butter until forms a ball. Press in 9-inch pie pan.

Filling:
Combine softened cream cheese and condensed milk. Beat on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 8 minutes. Pour into pie crust.

Topping I:
In a small saucepan, combine caramels, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons milk. Melt over medium heat, stirring frequently, until smooth. Drizzle over top of filling.

Topping II:
In a small saucepan, combine chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons milk. Melt over low heat, stirring frequently. Drizzle over Topping I. Sprinkle pecans on top. Chill at least 3 hours.
