1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 package of shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 stick of Pepperoni, sliced
2 loaves frozen bread dough

Directions:
Directions:
Let bread thaw (not rise). Mix eggs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and set aside.

Roll out 1 loaf of dough until thin; spread egg mixture over entire area. (Use 1/2 egg mixture for each loaf, reserving about a tablespoon for the top of each loaf). Put 3 rows of pepperoni down center of dough; sprinkle with 1/2 of mozzarella cheese. Slap both sides into center and seal ends securely. Put on cookie sheet and brush with small amount of egg mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Repeat for second loaf.
