1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup margarine, softened
1 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
1 cups coconut
1 cup Quick oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix sugars, margarine, oil, egg and vanilla. Add cereal, coconut and oats.
Sift together salt, flour, soda and cream of tartar and add to sugar mixture and mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes @ 350
