2 tablespoons olive oil
˝ cup onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
˝ carrot, chopped fine
1 clove garlic
2 large cans plum tomatoes
1˝ teaspoons salt
˝ teaspoon black pepper
4 basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, celery, carrots and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour. Make about 1 quart marinara sauce.
