4 chicken breasts halves or shrimp
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
4 plum tomatoes, remove seeds
1 can artichoke hearts, quartered and drained
˝ cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 box pasta, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Boil shrimp and set aside or sauté chicken cut-up in strips in olive oil. Add garlic and sauté 2 - 3 minutes in oil. Add broth and tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes. Add artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer 5 - 10 minutes. If using shrimp, add during the last 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve over favorite pasta, vermicelli or thin spaghetti.
Serves 6.
