Lobster tails
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw tails. Prepare tails by cutting away inner skin on both sides.

Broil: Broil 4 inches away from heat 5 minutes on each side. Baste with butter.

Grill: Cook on both sides for about 5 minutes, basting with butter.

Steam: Place in steamer. Steam 9 minutes.

Boil: Cook in boiling water until shell turns red.
