2 pieces of halibut or fish of choice
½ - 1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 - 2 tablespoons flour
Salt
Pepper
½ cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
If filets are too thick cut horizontally to ½-inch thickness. Mix together Parmesan cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Whisk together milk and egg. Dip filet in milk and egg mixture; roll in cheese mixture. Sauté in butter 2 minutes per side or until brown. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
