Fish filets bass, walleye, crappie or your favorite
Corn Meal
Salt
Pepper

Tartar Sauce:
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup onion, diced very fine
Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw, rinse and dry fish. Roll in mixture of meal, salt and pepper. Fry in hot vegetable oil until brown.

Tartar Sauce:
Combine relish and onion. Add Miracle Whip to desired consistency. May double recipe.
