1 package egg noodles, cooked
3 eggs, beaten
1 6-ounce can water-packed tuna
1 onion, finely minced
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
cup water
8-ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1 package (10 ounce) frozen peas and carrots, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Spoon into greased dish. Bake 30 - 35 minutes. (May bake in large individual greased muffin tins for brunch.)
