Orange roughy, tilapia, cod or your favorite fish
Salt and pepper
Butter
Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen (or thawed) filet in dish. If filets are too thick, slice horizontally. Place softened butter on filet; season. Bake at 450 until browned, about 20 minutes. Squeeze with lemon juice, if desired.
