Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
2 onions, diced
2 ribs celery, diced
8 - 10 cups crumbled cornbread (2 pones), see recipe
10 - 14 slices of white bread, stale or toasted, torn into pieces
4 - 6 teaspoons ground sage or poultry seasoning, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 - 5 cups chicken or turkey broth (enough to hold shape)

Directions:
Directions:
SautÚ onions and celery in butter or may microwave until soft. Mix remaining ingredients and add cooked onions and celery. Grease pan. Place dollops of dressing on pan. Bake at 400║ for 15 - 20 minutes or until browned.
Makes 20 - 24 servings.
Note: May make 1/2 of recipe
