1 turkey breast, thawed or (if you use frozen breast, add 2 more hours of cooking time)
Salt, to taste
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw frozen turkey breast in refrigerator for 2 - 3 days or thaw in wrapper in cold water in sink for a few hours. Salt inside cavity of breast. Place in crock- pot. Add butter. Cook on High 2 hours or until boils. Cook on Low for 10 hours. Pull cooked meat from bones. Do not slice.
