6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1 bottle (8-ounce) Wishbone Russian dressing
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
jar apricot preserves for sweet and sour
OR
1 can whole cranberry sauce
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken pieces in a buttered baking dish. Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves OR cranberry sauce with small amount of water. Pour over chicken; cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender Serve with rice.

Note: To serve buffet style, bone and cut raw chicken into bite size pieces; bake as above. May transfer to chafing dish or keep warm on serving tray.
