2 chicken breasts, boned and skinned and cut in strips or meat of choice
Vegetables-broccoli, green and red peppers, bok choy or cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, onions, snow peas, zucchini, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts or whatever, cut on diagonal when possible.

Sauce: (May need to double)
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 - 4 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
¼ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon ginger, chopped or ground
2 teaspoons corn starch
Dash garlic powder

Directions:
Prepare vegetables of choice. Sauté chicken or meat of choice in a wok. Remove to plate when done. Add vegetables. Mix sauce ingredients. Stir in and cook until thickened. Do not over cook veggies, leave crunchy. Add meat and serve over rice.
