1 box Uncle Ben’s long grain wild rice with herbs
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
½ cup onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
2-ounce jar pimentos, chopped
½ cup slivered almonds
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Using chicken broth instead of water, cook rice according to directions, only for 15 minutes. Mix all ingredients, except paprika. Sprinkle paprika over top. Bake at 350º about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
