1 chicken cut-up or 6 chicken breast halves
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; sauté onion and garlic until clear. Place chicken in crock pot. Add butter, onion and garlic; sprinkle with lots of paprika. Cover and simmer in crock pot until tender or simmer in pan for 1 hour or until tender. Good served with creamed potatoes and may add potato water to thicken chicken liquid.
