4 chicken breast halves, boned, skinned
1 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons water
teaspoon salt
cup dry Marsala

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breast between clear plastic wrap to about inch thickness. Spray a large skillet with spray or oil. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts until done. Carefully add mushrooms, green onion, water and salt to skillet. Cook over medium heat until mushrooms are tender and most of the liquid has evaporated (about 3 minutes). Add Marsala to skillet. Heat thoroughly. Spoon vegetables and sauce over chicken.
