4 - 6 chicken breasts halves or turkey, cooked, pulled or shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4-1 cup milk

Dressing:
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3-4 cups cornbread, crumbled
4-6 slices white bread, toasted, torn in bits
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning or sage, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 - 3 cups chicken broth
Paprika
Note: May substitute Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix or Stove Top Stuffing for the cornbread/bread mixture.

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken or turkey in buttered 9X13-inch baking dish. Combine soups and milk. Pour over chicken or turkey.

Dressing:
SautÚ celery and onion in butter. In a large bowl crumble cornbread and tear up toasted white bread. Add poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper to cornbread/ bread or stuffing mix. Add celery and onion mixture; add broth to desired consistency. (May substitute 2 boxes of Stove Top Stuffing and omit cornbread/bread dressing). Spread stuffing over top; sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 350║ for 20 - 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove cover and bake 10 more minutes until browned on top.
