1 pound sausage, browned
¼ cup celery, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
2 cups cooked rice (may use wild rice)
2 cans beef broth (or chicken broth)
1 can canned mushrooms, sliced or ½ cup fresh, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until brown. Remove from skillet. Sauté onion and celery; drain. Stir in sausage and cooked rice.
Optional: (May substitute cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup and 1 soup can of milk instead of broth). Bake in buttered dish 350º until hot and bubbly about 20 minutes.
