1 Fischerís fully cooked ham
4 - 6 potatoes
4 tablespoons flour, more or less

Directions:
Directions:
Add water half way up on ham in large pan. Boil until tender, 3-4 hours. Remove from pan. Reserve broth. Cut off skin. Bake in 350ļ oven until browned. Optional: Score and baste with brown sugar and pineapple juice.
Cut potatoes in wedges; cook in broth. Add salt and pepper. When potatoes are cooked, remove from broth and place in serving bowl. Make a paste of flour and gradually add broth, working out lumps. Add to broth and cook until thickened. Pour over potatoes.
