Ingredients:
1 country ham
1 16-ounce coke

Directions:
Directions:
Skin and bone ham (ask butcher at IGA Priceless to do this for you). Place in large cooking bag; pour coke over ham. (Follow directions for cooking bag with 1 tablespoon flour and cut slits in top of bag). Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. (I bake on a rack in pan to prevent scorching). Turn oven down to 225 degrees and bake for 10 1/2 hours. Do not allow to set in liquid. Remove from pan. Cool. Wrap in Reynolds wrap and store in refrigerator overnight or may use anytime. Pull apart.
