1-pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can chicken noodle soup
green pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, onion and chicken noodle soup. Mix well. Shape into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done. If it starts to get too brown, cover with foil. Drain off grease.
Note: This makes a great sandwich the next day. Slice and heat in a skillet or microwave. Great grilled! Serve on bread or bun with mustard or whatever.
