1 pound hot sausage OR (may use 8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon OR ham with teaspoon Dijon mustard)
1 cups Swiss cheese
cup onion, chopped and browned
3 eggs
1 cup milk
teaspoon nutmeg
teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, browned sausage or meat of choice, and cooked onion. Place in unbaked pie shell. Beat eggs and milk together in bowl; add nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage in shell. Bake 400 for 40 minutes or until browned. Cool 15 minutes before slicing.
