1/2 - 1/3 cup cooked, crumbled sausage, ham, bacon, broccoli, spinach or whatever you desire
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cups milk
cup Bisquick
4 eggs or 1 cup eggbeaters
teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease pie pan or baking dish. Sprinkle meat, cheese and onion on bottom. Mix remaining 5 ingredients in a blender or mixer for 1 minutes. Pour slowly into baking dish. Bake 45 minutes - 1 hour until set and golden brown. A knife inserted in center should come out clean. It freezes great.
To freeze: Cool baked quiche. Wrap completely and place in zip lock bag.
To serve: Unwrap and bake at 350 degrees until hot and heated thoroughly.
