1 8-ounce package cream cheese
cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 quart whole strawberries, capped and cut straight for base

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until smooth. Spoon cream cheese mixture into pastry bag fitted with star tip. Chill 1 hour. Partially quarter strawberries from tip to stem end do not cut all the way through stem end. (This will serve as a flat base to set on dish.) Pipe cream cheese mixture into strawberries. Chill until ready to serve. May garnish with mint.
