1 cup pecans, chopped
6 egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
30-40 Ritz crackers, coarsely broken

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients and bake in 9X13-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350.

Topping:
2 packages Dream Whip, prepared as directed
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 can (13-ounces) crushed pineapple

Mix together and put on top of cake.
