cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon dark rum
teaspoon cinnamon, optional
2 teaspoons butter
4 medium bananas, sliced diagonally
Ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the first 5 ingredients in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sliced bananas to brown sugar mixture in skillet, tossing to coat. (May spoon bananas and liquid into a quart baking dish and bake at 450 for 10 minutes.) Pre-scoop ice cream into a large bowl and store in freezer. Serve over vanilla ice cream scoops.
