60 Ritz crackers, save a few crumbs to sprinkle on top
cup sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 8-ounce Cool Whip
3-ounces of small can frozen orange juice, thawed and undiluted
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Ritz crackers and sugar into butter. Press into bottom of dish for a crust. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over crust. Sprinkle a few Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Refrigerate. Will keep for several days.
